ARROZ CON PATO - a traditional presentation from Chiclaya in northern Peru. Roast duck with a cilantro risotto aceented with green peas, red peppers and aji amarillo. Served with yuca frita  25.00

POLLO EN SPIRAL - a whole breast of chicken stuffed with shrimp, spinach, scallions and feta cheese, slowly roasted and finished with a creamy mustard sauce. Served with Peruvian seasoned rice and platanos fritos  20.00

TACU TACU CON POLLO - a Peruvian black beans and rice combination topped with a lightly breaded and seasoned chicken breast. Served with yuca frita  19.00

ARROZ CON POLLO - the classic Latin dish. One half of a tender oven roasted chicken served on a bed of savory rice with green peas, olives and pimientos, with platanos fritos on the side  20.00

CAMARONES CON FIDEOS - a Peruvian pasta. Plump Gulf shrimp lightly sauteed, tossed with fresh cilantro and linguini pasta and finished with Parmesan cheese  22.00

ARROZ CHAUFA - Chinese Peruvian fusion created one of Peru's most popular dishes. Shrimp and chicken fried rice with scallions, egg, soy sauce and red peppers. Make it truly Peruvian, add aji pepper if you like  21.00
